A small step down alcove connects the living room with the powder room addition to the rear. This alcove has a Tennessee “buff” flag stone  floor which flows into the powder room. The dining room shares the balance of the original structure, having the same finishes as the living room. It measures 12 feet by 12 feet.

Beyond the dining room you step up into the kitchen. It measures 14 feet 10 inches by 14 feet 5 inches. It has the latest fixtures with, granite counters, all GE Profile appliances and hardwood floors. Hidden in a closet is a full sized stacked washer and dryer.
